Terms Of Service

Last updated: May 1 2025

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between CC Design Group LLC ("CC Creative", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("Client") governing your subscription to and use of our design services. By subscribing to any plan or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreemen

1. Company Information

CC Design Group LLC, doing business as CC Creative ("CC Creative"), is a Florida limited liability company. All services are provided from the State of Florida, USA. Any inquiries regarding these Terms may be directed to contact@cccreative.design.

2. Plans, Billing, and Payments

CC Creative offers design services through a subscription model with two primary plans: a Weekly Plan and a Monthly Plan. The Weekly Plan is billed at $1,195 per week and provides up to 20 hours of design services per week. The Monthly Plan is billed at $3,990 per month and provides the same hourly access but allows the client to pause the service, subject to reasonable usage.

All plans automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled by the client or CC Creative through the designated client portal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe on the CC Creative website.

Clients are not entitled to refunds, as the service is collaborative in nature and project outcomes are guided closely with client involvement. To accommodate clients seeking to evaluate the service, a one-week plan is available as a trial alternative.

3. Pausing and Cancellation

The ability to pause service is exclusive to clients on the Monthly Plan. While clients may pause their subscription at their discretion, repeated or excessive pauses may prompt review by CC Creative to ensure fair use. The Weekly Plan is not eligible for pausing.

Cancellations may be initiated by either party at any time via the client portal. The cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, and access to design services will continue through the remainder of the paid term.

4. Scope of Services

4.1 Service Coverage

CC Creative provides design services focused on UI, UX, Webflow, and WordPress. Each subscription covers one active project at a time.

4.2 Design Requests and Revisions

Clients may submit an unlimited number of design requests and revisions. All requests must fall within the scope of the active project. While revisions are unlimited, they must remain consistent with the originally defined concept.

4.3 Turnaround Times and Project Management

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the task. A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to each client to facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Cooperation and Input

Clients are expected to actively participate in the project by providing timely and complete content, materials, and direction as needed. The quality and speed of deliverables depend heavily on the client’s responsiveness.

5.2 Communication

Communication is primarily conducted through Slack, where a shared channel will be created for each engagement. Upon request, email or Google Meet may be used for topics requiring deeper discussion or clarity.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All final deliverables created by CC Creative are the sole property of the client upon full payment. The client is granted full and unrestricted usage rights.

6.2 Portfolio Usage

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by the client, CC Creative reserves the right to display work samples, excluding confidential or sensitive information, in its portfolio, promotional materials, or case studies.
